Our Discipleship Pathway
Discipleship is the process of training another person to LIVE, LOVE, and LEAD like Jesus.
Connect
Connect is about building relationships—with one another, with our church, and most importantly, with Christ. This first step in the journey is how we enter into the life of the church and walk alongside others as they come to faith. As we connect to fellow believers, we grow deep roots that help us become more like Jesus. Through connection, we become the hands and feet of Jesus to a world in need.

Grow
We believe that one of the best ways to grow in your relationship with Jesus—and with others—is through Group Life. No matter your age or stage of life, God designed us to grow in faith together.
From kids and youth to college students and adults, Group Life is where discipleship happens. It’s in these Christ-centered communities that we study God’s Word, pray together, encourage one another, and become more like Jesus.
Grow Groups meet in homes all across the greater Las Cruces area, offering a warm and welcoming space to connect and grow. Women’s and Men’s Ministries gather at the church during the Fall and Spring for rich, focused Bible studies. United brings together college students and young adults to find purpose, belonging, and faith in community. And our Youth and Kids Ministries are passionately committed to partnering with families to disciple the next generation.
No matter where you are in life, there’s a place for you here. Come grow with us!

Serve
As we grow in Christ, we’re not only called to serve—we’re empowered to serve. Jesus said all authority had been given to Him, and then He sent out His disciples to represent Him. But first, He told them to wait for the power of the Holy Spirit—the strength and ability to carry out their mission.
In the same way, our ability to serve comes from the Spirit’s work in us. Scripture calls us to “serve wholeheartedly, as if serving the Lord” (Ephesians 6:7). Whether in Las Cruces or around the world, we want to be the hands and feet of Jesus, living with purpose and serving others through the Spirit’s power. As we recognize the character, calling, and readiness of each believer, we affirm the evidence of God’s grace and growth in their lives to serve.
